Brand positioning and press activities make travelers aware of their rights

Task

Flightright has one mission: to give justice, time and money back to travelers. When a flight is delayed or canceled, they take the fight against airlines to get back the money that rightfully belongs to passengers. ​

Since the spring of 2024, Lead Agency has been Flightright’s permanent PR agency, and in close collaboration we create press coverage when Flightright, for example, takes another fight against a major airline or there is a legal decision with fundamental importance for air passenger rights. At the same time, our task is to spread Flightright’s knowledge about passengers’ rights and position Flightright’s people as experts in the field.

Solution

Many travelers don’t know their rights, and we help Flightright change that. We place Flightright’s spokespersons in interviews with relevant media in the Danish media landscape. We ensure ongoing coverage of passengers’ general options for compensation, and when the Danes’ desire to travel is at its peak, we make sure that relevant guides and statistics reach the right media.​

Result

Within the first month of our collaboration, Flightright received 85 press mentions across online, print and TV media. More than 50 different media outlets have featured Flightright based on press releases, interviews, etc.​
