Kowal has more than 20 years of experience in developing unique brand positions and efficient communication strategies for Danish and international brands such as McDonalds, Nordea, Danish Crown, KPMG, VW, PostNord, Norlys, Visit Denmark, Coop and many more.
Kowal advises on branding, purpose & core story, corporate communication, communication strategy and campaigns. He is specialised in identifying and developing brands’ commercial distinctiveness within the fields of corporate social responsibility and commercial strategies. He has a thorough expertise and a proven track record in C-level advisory – especially within organisations and companies in complex stakeholder environments. He is driven by securing that strategy is never just strategy for the sake of strategy, but specific and guiding towards the creative and specific communication work in order to ensure that human insights and business sense go hand in hand.
Kowal holds a master’s degree in Communication Management from Copenhagen Business School.
Kowal is responsible for LEAD’s methods and development within the disciplines of corporate communication and strategy.
