Junior Consultant

As a Junior Consultant, Mathias is part of the Strategy team, working with strategy, creative campaigns, PR, and digital platforms.

Like many others at the agency, Mathias is driven by purpose-driven, value-based communication. Prior to joining Lead, he was an intern at VisitDenmark’s PR team in New York, where he played a role in positioning the Danish region Sønderjylland internationally through a strategic effort that contributed to TIME Magazine naming it one of the 100 World’s Greatest Places 2025. As a native of Svendborg, however, he believes the South Funen Archipelago was overlooked – of course.

As part of his Communication studies at DMJX, Mathias also spent a semester at the University of Technology Sydney, where he strengthened his skills in creative campaign development and event planning.

Beyond his passion for communication, Mathias has a deep love for film and television. Alongside his studies, he has built an online presence with 16,000+ followers and more than 3.4 million views, creating content about film and TV in collaboration with companies such as Nordisk Film, SF Studios, and Prime Video. Fun fact: Mathias has met Adam Sandler three times.

 It’s safe to say that Mathias is content-driven and a self-proclaimed filmbro, but films aren’t the only thing that make him happy, of course – football and good company do just as much. You’ll often find him on a modest Sunday league pitch, most likely wearing the latest Liverpool jersey, or in the kitchen with friends cooking up their weekly communal dinner.
