As an advisor and project manager at Lead Agency, Helene primarily works within the healthcare area, focusing on public affairs. She is driven by a strong interest in improving and promoting health policy and how to effectively communicate and raise awareness about health policy issues.

Through her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Copenhagen, she has gained in-depth knowledge of the healthcare system with a broad and interdisciplinary focus, and she has had the opportunity to explore key healthcare policies and health economic issues.

Before working at Lead Agency, Helene worked at Statens Serum Institut, in a department that played a central role in Denmark’s response to COVID-19. Here, she gained valuable insights into collaborating with public authorities, as well as public and private partners within the healthcare sector.

During her studies, Helene spent a semester at the University of Melbourne, where she explored international efforts to develop sustainable solutions aimed at reducing the healthcare sector’s climate footprint. The Australian outdoor lifestyle – hiking in nature and running in the city’s parks – is something she has brought back home with her, as well as a taste for the great coffee that Melbourne is famous for.
