Eva specializes in strategic communication, corporate branding and public affairs for companies and organizations that focus on targeted results and social agendas. She takes the lead in developing communication strategies, campaigns and public affairs that deliver impactfully on customer needs in the market.

Eva’s work is characterized by her belief that creativity, abundant inspiration, data-driven insights, AI capabilities and conceptual development should always permeate the team’s work and solutions to a task. We can only create valuable change when we truly understand the customer’s business, market, needs and dreams for the future.

Eva has been a part of Lead Agency’s executive management team since 2026 and she is head of our Public Affairs departement. She is a trusted strategic advisor to her customers and she holds overall responsibility for the quality and delivery of her customers’ projects. Eva is also responsible for Lead’s own branding and positioning.

Before becoming a consultant in 2013, Eva worked with nation branding in the Ministry of Business and Industry (2008-2013). And in the years before that in the Liberal Party’s secretariat at Christiansborg. Eva holds a MSc in Political Communication and Management from CBS, a BA in Social Sciences and EU Studies from RUC and has also taken MBA courses at the University of Washington. She has furthered her education at Harvard Business School (2017) and at CBS and Børsens bestyrelsesuddannelse (2021).

Eva has worked for LEGO Group, Danske Bank, Nordic Council of Ministers, Visa, 3F, Dansk Retursystem, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Børns Vilkår, Uddannelsesnævnet and Læger Uden Grænser.

Eva begins her day with sun salutations and P1. In her spare time, she reads a lot of books, meditates, runs and participates in social debate as a debater. She is also a board member of the music venue Gimle, the communication and cultural organization Poesiens Hus and the diversity and mentoring organization The Soulfuls.
