Simon is Senior Advisor at Lead Agency, and he has juggled political balls both in Brussels and Copenhagen – in the public and private sectors. Most recently, he was a special advisor to Marie Bjerre, Minister for Digitalization and Gender Equality, where he assisted the minister with communication, political advice and positioning in the then newly created ministry.

Like many others involved in politics, Simon holds a Master’s degree in Political Science. But his CV differs from the others in that he is also a substitute organist in the Danish National Church. However, it was the political engine and not the hymn bike that drew him the most. And it has led him from the Danish Parliament to the Ministry of Digitization to Lead.
