Noomi is an advisor at Lead Agency, working mainly with public affairs and communications. She helps organizations and companies navigate the political landscape and works with strategy development, advocacy, and stakeholder management. Her experience ranges from analysis and political communication at Epinion, SUS, and the Danish Electricians’ Union to campaign and social media work for Ida Auken (S). Most recently, she spent a year in Kampala, Uganda, where she worked both at the Danish Embassy and in a local e-mobility company. With a Master’s degree in Political Science, she combines political insight with hands-on experience in both Danish and international contexts.

She describes herself as a hedonist who loves being around people—preferably out in the world with wine, food, and good conversations (often including the neighboring table, where the best encounters tend to happen). When she unwinds, it’s either with her hands in clay or with a racket in hand.
