Nadeen is a Junior Consultant in Public Affairs at Lead Agency. Her interest in politics began early, driven by a strong engagement in issues of equality and anti-discrimination through the advocacy organisation Mino Denmark. Over the years, she has gained experience across a range of political environments and returned to Copenhagen in early 2026 after spending a year in Brussels during Denmark’s EU Presidency.

Nadeen is currently studying a Master’s degree in Political Science besides taking part in the public debate as a panelist on TV 2’s news programme News & Co. She is also a co-author of the book The Palestinian, which brings together ten personal accounts of contemporary Palestinian life in Denmark.

Outside of work, Nadeen recharges through sport. As a Copenhagener at heart, she enjoys reformer pilates, spinning and running – preferably in good company, with time for coffee and pastries afterwards. When it’s time to slow things down, she finds calm in a quiet sauna session.
