Maja is a Junior Consultant and part of the PR-team at Lead Agency, where she works across a broad range of projects spanning media relations, story development and strategic communications.

Maja is currently studying Communication at the Danish School of Media and Journalism. During her studies, she completed an internship at the Consulate General of Denmark in New York, where she created social media content, gathered audience insights, and helped plan events and festivals. She has also spent a semester abroad at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

Before joining Lead Agency, Maja worked in PR at the agency RØST Kommunikation alongside her studies, where she developed press materials, pitched stories to the media, and worked with data and audience insights. She has also worked as a communications advisor, supporting communications for Clean Out Loud, a sustainable campsite initiative at Roskilde Festival.

When she’s not working or studying, Maja is always keen to explore whichever city she happens to be in. Her most-used phrase is probably: “I found this new place we have to try!” Whether it’s a newly opened music venue or a restaurant she hasn’t tried before, she’s always curious about what’s happening around her and loves seeking out the city’s hidden gems.
