Maiken is a creative concept developer at Lead Agency, where she works at the intersection of art direction and copywriting. Previously, she has worked at the agencies &Co. and NordDDB. She holds a degree in Creative Communication from the Danish School of Media and Journalism.

She is driven by developing ideas that open up new perspectives and, at their best, shift behavior. With a sharp understanding of audience media habits, she works strategically to integrate the medium from the outset, ensuring that messages feel native to the platform’s conditions. As an aesthete, she has a strong sense for visual identities and is passionate about creating cohesive, well-crafted universes with a keen eye for detail.

As a dedicated consumer of culture, she is behind Galoppen – a platform for emerging artists, where she has curated everything from concerts and art exhibitions to literary readings and pop-up tattoo studios, with the ambition of creating spaces where young people gather around culture.
