As COO & Partner, Lea Krag Fogh manages the agency’s daily operations, resource management and finances. Lea heads the agency’s team of project managers who manage projects and deliveries to the agency’s clients. In addition, Lea is responsible for the agency’s accounting and finance function and is part of the agency’s management team.

Lea has been in the agency industry most of her professional life. In the first part as project manager and account director, where Lea has managed clients and projects within everything from brand positioning and strategic communication to loyalty programs and websites. Lea has worked with a broad range of clients including ATP, Vestas, Ekstra Bladet, Copenhagen Airports, PostNord and Sportmaster.

Lea has a strong commercial mindset with a focus on optimization, culture and organization. In recent years Lea has worked in management positions primarily with finance and optimization of agency operations in agencies such as Hjaltelin Stahl, OTW and Acceleration (GroupM).

With a focus on resource management, profitability and good processes, it is Lea’s goal to create an operational culture that provides flow in daily collaboration and in deliveries to clients, to make room for even higher creativity and quality.

Lea holds a Cand.merc. degree in Finance & Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Lea loves skiing, knitting and fresh air, which she loves to enjoy with her family, friends and not least the Lead Agency Knitting Club.
