Lærke Gregersen
Junior Consultant
As a junior consultant, Lærke works in the strategy team at Lead Agency. She believes that the best strategies begin with curiosity. Curiosity about people, culture, and the tension that arises between what we want to say and what is actually understood.
It’s this very curiosity that has taken her through the media industry, the NGO world, and much of Christiansborg. Along the way, she has worked with strategic communication, branding, and concept development across the political spectrum – from Alternativet to Dansk Folkeparti. Among other things, she was behind the viral “Hej girlypops” video featuring Pia Kjærsgaard. That same curiosity also led her to create the crochet brand STRUK – a great example of how her ideas rarely stay in her notes app.
As part of her bachelor’s degree in communication at the Danish School of Media and Journalism, Lærke recently completed an exchange program at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, where she immersed herself in creative idea development, podcast production, entrepreneurship, and consumer behavior.
Lærke was born and raised on Tåsinge in the South Funen Archipelago and is still working to convince the rest of the office that the area should be on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. So far, her case has been based primarily on strong emotions. When she’s not working with strategy, she’s a dance instructor. In that role, she’s less concerned with perfect counts and more focused on making sure everyone in the room feels like Beyoncé.
