Josephine Neckelmann

Junior Consultant

As a junior consultant, Josephine is part of the creative department at Lead Agency, where she works with video production as a cinematographer, editor, and producer. Her work spans idea and concept development, social media, and visual storytelling, with a focus on creating content that is both strategically grounded and visually compelling.

Josephine is currently studying to become a TV and media producer at the Danish School of Media and Journalism. As part of her studies, she lived in Hong Kong, where she studied journalism with a particular focus on AI and ethics.

Alongside her studies, Josephine has worked freelance for several years, taking on roles as producer and project manager on music videos for Universal Music, as well as collaborating with companies and organizations such as Peech, Andelsgaarde, and the University of Southern Denmark. She is accustomed to taking responsibility for both creative processes and productions from initial idea to final delivery.

In her spare time, Josephine works with slow fashion and runs her own tailoring studio, where she designs and creates garments. She has also worked as a costume assistant on the Danish Netflix series The Asset. This hands-on creative craft has given her a strong eye for detail and aesthetics—skills she naturally brings into her work with visual communication.
