As a Junior Consultant at Lead Agency Isabell primarily works with public affairs.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sociology, Isabell draws on her comprehensive interdisciplinary knowledge. Isabell is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business and Politics at Copenhagen Business School, thereby strengthening her skills in the intersection of political economy and international business strategy.

The interest in gender inequality and diversity has been a focal point of Isabell’s studies and numerous academic projects. During a semester on exchange at Sciences Po in Paris, Isabell has furthermore studied gender sociology and cultural sociology.

In her spare time, Isabell volunteers as a counselor at the non-profit organization Girltalk, where she provides mental health support to young women. Furthermore, she enjoys spending her time exploring everything that Copenhagen’s vibrant art scene has to offer. Through her previous work with the student organization CBS Art, Isabell has gained experience in strategic communication, event management and SoMe. When in need of a break from the pulsating city life, Isabell appreciates running in nature.
