Emma is an advisor and project manager at Lead Agency, where she primarily works with companies and organisations from the healthcare sector on tasks such as information campaigns, press efforts, public affairs, and much more. She is particularly driven by the challenge of communicating simply and creatively in a regulated industry.

As a consultant, Emma believes that good relations are the key to good results. By establishing a collaboration based on trust and open dialogue, one gets the best foundation for advising, challenging, and adding value to the project. As a project manager, her thoroughness and attention to detail come into play, ensuring that projects are safely completed.

Before her time at Lead, Emma began her agency career at Kompas Kommunikation. Here, she worked on a wide range of tasks for clients and industries, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Danish and communication from Roskilde University, as well as a master’s degree in international business communication from the University of Southern Denmark.

In her spare time, Emma loves to experience everything the city has to offer, preferably in the company of family and friends – a long walk in the city’s parks, a good film at the cinema, or a new exhibition at the city’s museums. However, there is one thing that Copenhagen cannot compete with, and that is Odense Stadium. As a big OB fan, it’s primarily the home ground in Odense that draws her when there’s football to be watched.
