Ditte Bringø
Senior Project Manager & Senior Advisor
Ditte is a strategic advisor and project manager with more than 15 years’ experience translating complex ideas into measurable campaigns and communication initiatives. She works at the intersection of strategy, process management and creative concept development, and thrives in dynamic environments where strong collaboration, close relationships and clear goals create shared direction.
She is known for bringing stakeholders together and ensuring momentum – even in the most complex projects, where clear priorities are essential. Ditte is particularly motivated by attitude- and behaviour-changing communication and by creating solutions that do not just look good on paper, but are felt in practice by the target audience and deliver real value.
At Advice (2016–2025), Ditte led large, cross-disciplinary initiatives for both public and private organisations, including Din Offentlige Transport, the Danish Armed Forces, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Danish Health Authority, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, Danske Bank, Scandlines and Médecins Sans Frontières. For the Danish Health Authority, she headed the communication efforts during the first two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, with responsibility for strategic message management across channels and target groups – from rapid tactical productions to larger, motivational campaigns.
Ditte also has a background in the cultural sector. She was responsible for the strategic development of Artrebels’ platform for new brands within design, fashion and music, as well as the Trailerpark festival. In addition, she developed Copenhagen Fashion Film under Copenhagen Fashion Week and ran a fashion agency.
Ditte holds an MSc in Design & Communications Management from Copenhagen Business School.
Strong relationships also play an important role outside of work, where she spends her time with her two daughters, her partner and a wide circle of friends. She enjoys dining out, exploring new places and sharing experiences with others. The pace remains high, and efficiency is very much a personal mantra – not least when choosing her red racing bike as her preferred mode of transport, even for the short trip to the corner shop. There’s simply no reason to waste time.
Fashion, design and music are among Ditte’s greatest passions, and she actively seeks out the city’s cultural offerings – from exhibitions and concerts to small, hidden gems. She is an avid concertgoer and sings in an indie choir, and while she still claims to favour alternative genres, Spotify has in recent years revealed a growing fondness for more mainstream pop artists. In addition, she trains crossfit three to four times a week and placed second among women in her category in Denmark in 2024.
