Charlotte is Lead Agency’s Finance Manager. As Finance Manager, Charlotte ensures that we always have a clear picture of the finances and that all the numbers add up.

Charlotte takes great pride in optimizing and develop work processes that creates the greatest possible success for colleagues, clients and business, including reducing administrative burden on the business so that focus can be directed towards specialized projects and quality. She has great experience in leading and working with creative people and big projects. Charlotte has many years of experience as accounting manager and controller in companies such as Nordisk Film, Thomas Cook Airlines, Akzo Nobel, and GfK/NIQ.

In her private life, Charlotte enjoys playing bridge, spending time in her holiday home and have fun with friends and family over a cold glass of rosé wine. Charlotte loves reading books and will definitely be a passionate part of Lead Agency’s literature club.
