Cecilie is an Advisor & Project Manager at Lead Agency, guiding companies and organizations in communication strategy, branding, and campaign concepts.

With a curious, analytical, and strategic approach to communication, Cecilie is particularly interested in discovering the common thread connecting brand, strategy, and insights in meaningful and effective solutions.

Additionally, Cecilie is an experienced and thorough project manager who takes on the responsibility and oversight of complex projects, ensuring the best possible process and a result that all involved can be proud of.

Cecilie holds a Bachelor’s degree in communication from Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole. Before joining Lead, she worked as a project manager at Mensch for four years, where she was involved in everything from developing core narratives, communication strategies, and visual identities to executing campaign concepts and large film productions for Danish and international clients.

Recently, Cecilie complemented her education with a Masterclass in ‘Strategy & Insight’ from the industry association Kreativitet & Kommunikation.

During her leisure time, Cecilie is a self-proclaimed cultural critic who seizes every opportunity to consume films and series, art, and literature—preferably in audio format, allowing her to listen during her marathon walks in Copenhagen.
