Rikke is a Junior Creative at Lead, where she works at the intersection of concept development, art direction, and copywriting. She is driven by ideas that challenge perceptions and spark conversations — whether for commercial brands or important societal agendas.

Rikke always brings a fresh perspective, strategic insight, and a strong sense of creative generosity to the table. She holds a degree in Creative Communication from DMJX and, prior to joining Lead, worked at agencies including &Co. and NordDDB.

When she is not developing concepts, Rikke is an avid consumer of anything that resembles aesthetic stimulation. You will often find her with a camera in hand on her way to an art exhibition, a concert, or sitting in the dark of a cinema in search of inspiration. Her visual weakness goes so far that she happily judges a book by its cover — and will buy it solely if the design appeals to her.

Her everyday life may unfold in Copenhagen, but part of her will always belong to Fyn. It’s where she slows down and recharges.
